The pool towel guys were not friendly and were talking about they had to hold on to the chair towels because they are running out. Also I am not sure if I was checkout properly because I was in a rush and he will email me my receipt. Never mention the hotel credit of 100 dollars for using the hotel collections thru AMEX, which he said it was Expedia, which clearly is was not. Unfortunately his checked me in and checked me out. This hotel is a beautiful resort with everything you need, but needs better employees with friendly personalities. We are leaving a day early because of an emergency at my house.
